Does this sound like you?

  • Your loss keeps calling for your attention and you know you need to give it some air time

  • You want to honor it and make space for it, but you aren’t quite sure how to do it without getting lost or consumed

  • Maybe a relationship ended, or someone died, or you got sick, or you moved. Maybe you became a parent or graduated or are navigating the declining health of aging parents, family members, or partners

No matter what loss you’ve faced, you know you don’t want to keep trying to manage it all alone.

I really hear you. And you are in the right place!

I want to get started!

[This] was exactly what I needed during my season of grief after the death of my mother. Randi: I felt safe with you. I felt heard and seen by you. Each week I looked forward to our sessions.”

Testimonials

“Grief is an incredibly lonely state. No one’s relationship to the deceased was the same as yours, after all, so no one can ever fully understand what your grief feels like. [But] Randi…has managed to create a space where not only do you feel seen and understood in your grief, you feel less lonely.”

How to Approach Healing

My approach is different: I offer a blend of structure and flow that meets you where you’re at. This helps the parts of you that want to DO something be able to take meaningful action, while also leaving enough spaciousness to customize the experience so it’s tailored to the pace and the tone that works best for you.

We’ll work together to honor all you’ve been through, share what mattered to you about what you’ve lost or shifted, and strengthen your inner capacity to live with loss – before you know it, you’ll feel more confident holding your loss, little by little, while making meaningful changes to honor all that has shifted.

When you're living with loss, simply sharing your feelings can be an outlet – but oftentimes, even after you've opened up, you're still left with a quiet kind of loneliness or sense of “now what?”.

That’s why grief work is so necessary. True emotional healing isn’t just about talking – it’s about giving you the tools to stay anchored in yourself and in relationship with your experience..

Then you can process what’s there. Then you can feel relief, find steadiness, and move forward – even as you carry the fact that life is forever changed.

Hi - I’m Randi.

Throughout my life, grief has always been my greatest teacher. Today I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, Relationship Coach, Grief Support Specialist and a trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner who supports folks in honoring loss and change.

As a parent of two, and someone who lost both my parents, I am well-versed in the complicated experience and feelings that arise with life transitions such as death, parenthood, relationship changes, body changes, identity shifts and more.

No matter what kind of transition you’re experiencing, or how long ago you experienced a loss: you deserve the space to grieve, process, and heal.

Let’s do it together.

FAQ’s

Question:

Does it matter what kind of grief I’m dealing with?

ANSWER:

Not at all. Loss comes up with every kind of life transition imaginable. From relationship endings to deaths, to parenthood and marriage, to feelings about the changes in our earth and political climate– loss is a part of life.

Our work together is meant to help you widen your emotional capacity, so you can move through life with intention and groundedness.

Question:

What if I already have a therapist?

ANSWER:

That’s great! Therapy is a great companion to our work together.

Our work will focus on how to help you honor your grief and loss more specifically, so that your therapy can continue to support the other realms of your life.

Let's book that call!

“I lost my mom two years ago and I worked with different therapists but… every time I would leave the session I just felt like I got nothing out of it. When I worked with Randi, after every single session, I felt this shift within my body. Randi, thank you so much…. I learned so much and I still use the things that we learned to this day. I feel so much more connected with the spirit of my brother.”

Grief is a lifelong journey.

But you don’t have to walk it alone.

Ready to let that support in?

Yes, I need this and I’m worth it.
